Old thread, but will contribute: With recent changes to Google - niche sites and MFA is risky. Google is smart, they know junk, and don't care if your site is not junk and gets categorised as junk. A better option is larger niche sites with social media, whilst also driving traffic with ppc and paid ads. Set up funnels and offers on the page, not just adsense. Look for higher payouts.
