I think the free hosted Blogger platform is probably the best for you. It gives you a lot more customisation options than the free Wordpress, plus Blogger is exceptionally easy to use.
If you want to make money from blogging with free blog, use Blogger.com, wordpress.com doesn't allow you to link your blog to other website. If you really serious to make money blogging, i recommend u to use paid wordpress.org.
MBlogi.com is best best option, they are providing free domain mapping and some other feature for free. you can make money from your mblogi blog using adsense
