Rang Basanti is My Favourite movie in the list.

 

Though it is not mentioned in your list... but I take the liberty to choose his debut film 'Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak' to be his best. His innocent/boyish look in this film is still very much alive in my mind!

I would say Taare Zameen par is best movie among all of his as it gives good message for us and he did excellent job in the movie! If you watch it first time I am sure most of people will cry during movie as I've seen it in theater.

 

3 Idiots is best movie of Aamir Khan.

 

Aamir is the best.. and the movie 3Idiots I like very much.

His acting is just too good in this film.
