Go with samsung, I am a developer and my galaxy tab (which I am writing this with) has been everything I need and have never given me any problems.
Now a days Android is the "King" of operating systems. Nokia is still on symbian . So go for Samsung.
Anyway, the two brands are very powerful. Consider that one was the top brand few years ago, and the other one is the best brand with Android OS. I would choose Samsung because I checked their latest phones and are impressive. Also, Android is a wonderful OS, powerful and flexible.
Samsung is better in a lot of direction right now. Sometimes, it's not the specs by iteslf that count, it's the community of people there. A lot more people are optimizing apps for the biggest markets, i.e. Samsung, Apple, etc. That means that you don't get as well an experience with a Nokia phone. Nevermind wether it is better in some sense, if it has a small community, you don't squeeze much out of it.
I think Samsung is better than Nokia, Samsung has a large variety of phones and also there a lot of cheap phones with very good performance
well i am using android for long time now and i am very satisfied with it. All the people i know that are using windows for mobile said that it is not as good as the android, it has its benefits but all in all android is better. So i would suggest you to buy a samsung phone without even thinking about it. Well, it is also very important how much you would like to spend on your new phone, the more you spend the performance of the operating system will be better. All in all windows is great for laptops and desktops not for a phone, that is my opinion.
Neither Nokia nor Samsung. Go for HTC. Or simply choose MOTO Phones or Nexus Phones if you are Android Lover. Moto & Nexus get every update at the earliest, so in my opinion, go for any of them.
