    I prefer only manual means
    manaul - 100%
    auto - 0%

    because some time auto submission harmful like your site may be go in spam.

    so manual directory submission is good for best seo process.

    Semi-auto is fine as long as you can see the directory and verify the category. All a decent semi-auto tool does is more quickly fill out fields for you. Comparing this to fully manual submission, I can't see how copying and pasting repeatedly makes manual submission an inherently better method of submitting.
