Yes, PHP, because it writes itself and you don't have to do anything.

I would like suggest you to use tagcgi. An framework that can use HTML tag to create web app. It is easy enough for an beginner and flexible if you want write server side expansion by c++ without any HTML conducting unlike most of the framework. The core is desinged for anti-cc security and self CDN enabled.

SHort answer is back end PHP, front end html and css, I try to avoid Javascript as some browsers or people disable it. If you build your classes and functions correctly php it is pretty cool. Jquery is nice too and makes things look pretty. You can build a house out of brick or stone. As long as the result is what you want then really the tools do not matter.do what is comfortable

Since jQuery IS javascript, you are contradicting yourself, you don't know what you're talking about, or you are a bozo.
    I pick all three.

PHP is the best choice for small and middle projects. You should take a look at python or Java if you are going to work on a serious business web-application. If your target is a social network that will support millions of users – consider using C++.

I used to use ASP .NET when building dynamic websites, but then I migrated to platforms like Wordpress and Joomla.

Yes. I study the Wordpress and Joomla languages and prefer them over PHP and Java.
