I agree with most in saying that Google probably provides the best and most efficient tool you need.

 

Google Adwords, because it gives you data that was searched on world level doesn't give you data from one location on the data is collected for over a year.

On the other hand it gives you many facility to know, how effective the keyword is and what the market price or current situation of the keyword. Even you can have good list of keywords in a spread sheet as it gives you option to download files of keywords in spreadsheet.

Market Samurai for me. It's an awesome little tool. I prefer it to Googles Keyword Tool because I can set up my own projects, scrape keywords that are longtail, analyse them and know exactly how much competition I have, how much traffic I can expect and how much money I could potentially make from a micro niche site ranking first.

I use Market Samuri for all of my keyword reasearch. Works like a charm every time.

If you mean keyword tracker as in keyword position (ranking) tracker, take a look at serprankings.com - it tracks Google rankings of your keywords. Checks them every day, shows charts.

 

keywordtool.ulancer.com - is a good keyword tool. It trackers both Google and Bing

 

according to me google anyalitcs is best one software...you need to get a code from google anyalitcs put on that your website..and start tracking your keywords

 

I used Market Samurai and it tracks perfectly fine. I'd check it out if I were you. Haven't had a problem with it yet. Can't speak for the others mentioned though.
