    Market Samurai is one of the best, which picks up data from Google keyword tool. Also IBP is a good keyword tool. You can select one among the two.

    Most third party tools would be using data from Google keyword tool.

    I still find Market Samurai very good, and I've heard great things about Longtail Pro as well. But both of these are paid tools so that's the only caveat.
