Don't you IP changing software. They don't work mostly. Use proxies or VPN.

 

Ip Changer software doesn't work, just use public DNS and server works like a charm if you want to surf anonymous on net. ex. [ultrasurf] etc.

The only IP changer that is fully working nowadays for me is a Firefox plugin called "One Click Proxy IP".

It uses proxies of course. It's a very simple plugin, it's an icon on the firefox add-on bar, you activate/deactivate with left click and with right click you change your IP. If a proxy IP doesn't work, just do right click to change it.

 

The best is to use VPN, it is also encrypting the traffic via SSL. Also you can select a VPN which is GEO near you and have a lot better speed just use any proxy or IP changer.

 

I tried using HMA (Hide My Ass), this VPN is best when you need to change IP location w/ specific or different location. Cyberghost is also awesome - internet speed is not an issue at all and ZenVPN as well.
