    Google Adsense is the best first step. What's lucky is I think you can use all 3 services on all of your pages so you can have google adsense, adbrite, and adtoll on the same page.

    Me, I've been using Bidvertiser, Adbrite, and Chitika.

    Adsense has higher payout per click.
    Like how they allow you to manager the ads centrally now too.
