    I like Dreamweaver's IDE.
Aptana is fine too (aptana is great especially for javascript)

By the way IDE stands for "integrated development environment", not internet

Personally, I use Notepad for all my PHP work - everything coded by hand, use Apache on my local machine to test everything with before it gets put in production

Hey! are you looking for a paid IDE?? Well I currently use Zend IDE with WAMP Server. I somehow dont like the testing that is done through the ZEND IDE. Well gimme more details on your development methods to help you get a proper IDE :).

    Thanks

Well it is all upon your seriousness of php development. If you are someone who does PHP + XHTML, I would surely recommend Dreamweaver but if you are into core php development, which includes hard core classes, you should go for zend!
