I want to get my hosting account, but which is the best one with respect to their services irrespective of their budget. I just want the quality service.

How deep is your wallet? Pretty much the best is RackSpace.com. However your best bet would be to create a wish list if you will and start researching hosts that meet those "wishes".

It really depends what you're looking for. VPS hosting? Dedicated Servers? Shared hosting?

Each is appropriate for different users, and the answer of which is best will be different.

I'll be honest, this sort of question is so difficult to answer as it really comes down to what you need. Remember cheap isn't always best. Personally I go for well known names.

 

I think that is impossible t0o say in general what is the best web hosting service at all.
You may want to run some research in certain niches?
