I dont want a blog website.
I want something like an actual website with different pages.
    For example:

    http://www.coolfunnyjokes.com/

    something like this.

    Is this possible?
A website maker online for free, something like bravehost or something.
    Please and thank you.

I've used BlueVoda to create some of my webpages. It's free, and great if you don't know much HTML.

It all depends on what site you want. Web development is definitely a skill and you tend to "marry" it. Work is never finished and never too good. You can check out some open source templates at oswd dot com or you could buy templates on eBay. Even though the sellers claim they are unique from the sellers they all tend to have the same contents at a very affordable price. The only issue with templates is searching them because theres so many to go through and once you decide then making the necessary changes is a whole another ball game :)

DreamWeaver is by far the best web editor otherwise you could use BlueFish or other opensource applications depending on the Operating System and features

Synthasite and Webnode are the best two I've seen this far. You can point your URL to both of them, too.
