I have had good results with GSiteCrawler and it is pretty powerful and allows you to easily exclude different parts of your website by using different parts of the URL in a filters feature.

 

Try http://www.webrickco.com/buildsitemap.com. It's free, generates a preview with valid and invalid pages within your site, allows you to bulk change optional tags or change them one by one, and send the result to your Email, or on your screen.

 

I use Softplus GSiteCrawler, its free and is one of the best with many settings etc. Look at gsitecrawler.com
