Which is the best method for getting good backlink and traffice ?

(B) Directory Submission
(c) Forum Posting
(D) Press release submission
(E) Link Exchange
(D) Bookmarking

 

for me it would be blog commenting. i got good results just by doing this alone.

 

Article submission, forum posting, blog commenting and web 2.0 properties like Squidoo are good ways to get traffic and backlinks.

All these methods do their job. The best for you is the one that you are able perform with highest quality, imho.

 

blog commenting is the best, i use hubpage and xomba too

I would have to say article marketing or forum posting.. depends on the niche though

 

For me top one is forum posting and article marketing is the next best option.

 

I would really suggest forum commenting, blog commenting for quick backlinks and results. And also other off-page activities gives results but not as quick as this.

Forum posting can give you really good traffic... if the forum itself is relevant to your own niche! Forums are visited by lot many people, making them an ideal place for gaining visibility!
