    I think Page Creation is the best one. Whatever for interest or commerce, it can bring you funning and profit.

    As of now, chat is not the best. It really sucks. I think all are best.

    Yes, i agree, facebook chat sidebar is annoying. I must use add ons to deactive the new chat sidebar.
    And i always wait facebook's innovations.. :D

    The page creations is a nice feature, but I also like that skype is now a part of facebook. I should really try that out. Been meaning to for a while now.

    Oh and the new chat section is horrible.

    Not a lot of people are a fan of the new chat even though the old one was really cool. The notifications window is certainly the one that makes everyone curious about stuff that goes on out there in general.

    Personally, I like new Facebook Page design (I'm referring to updates since March 2011). Also, I do like how it's easy to customize the Page by adding more tabs. It's simply enough to Add an App to Page, then do few clicks and voila.. it's done. Just look at my Portfolio Tab App - https://www.facebook.com/pages/Martins-Photography-Agency/115975515158077?sk=app_142362325841057 - I've done it with few clicks. It someone else's than Facebook App, but it works perfectly for me.

    I forgot to tell, that mine Portfolio App has been built by HostFB team. They provide the Free Portfolio App Builder.
