10k/day? Unless you are spamming I have a hard time believing you are sending that much volume.

But to answer your question, the best platform in the world is ExactTarget.com For that much volume though, you're looking at about $25,000/year as they charge based on the volume you send. However they don't allow unsolicited email, so I doubt you will fit in.

Aweber has no limit, but I don't know of anybody that has sent that much volume through them. And again, they also require that you don't spam people.

Chances are you'll just need to get your own dedicated server and build a simple php script to do this. The coding itself takes about 5 minutes to do, you just need a server that can handle the load (a shared hosting account won't be able to handle that kind of load). Just take a few mins to review how the mail() function works in PHP.

EDIT: Also pray for mercy once you get your script working. I'd give you about 2 weeks before the feds come a knocking on your door. I believe the current laws are to bill you $1 per unsolicited email, so you'll be racking up $10,000/day in fines. Good luck on that.

Some people have a hard time with spam or they think it may be spam.
    Use Mailboy.

there is no such thing called unlimited in aweber or getresponse.

The only feature that is unlimited is the campaign, this also means if your package is 10K subscribers, then you will only be able to send up to 10K from your account then you will need to upgrade your package again if you need to add more subscribers.

Bare in mind, aweber do not allowed importing leads from third party leads provider and getresponse is only accepted confirmed optin leads.

    This is just my thought.

Some people sell newsletter friendly hosting accounts. You can get somebody to write a mailing script, perhaps with automatic unsubscribe functions.

    Aweber. Finale.

They change their prices, so GetResponse.com would prolly be best.

Email services is 100x better then running in-house imho.

PHPlist is a free open source tool that you can use if you're comfortable setting it up. You can run huge lists from it.

Hello, I have used sites like constant contact in the past, only to have problems with them cutting me off.. I was not spamming, I was just uploading my email address to the data base without using there own double opt in system.. I have a real estate company with several thousands of leads who have verbally asked me to contact them with homes become available.. Why am I having such a problem? Is there a script I can just upload to my server for my own email delivery with opt out??

    Thanks!
