Which is the Best CPM Program preferably for a tech site with proper ads. I don't want to see those "smiley" or "download toobar-click here" kind of ads :)

What CPM rate are you looking for and what is your site if you do not mind telling?

:D agree. i feel sick too of these smileys and flashing ads like 'you are the winner or 999.999.999 visitor' these cheap looking ads not the best for any sites image. Would like to find too some ads sites which do not show these kind of ads. I like adbrite ads, they show theese rubish ads (smileys and winners) very seldom.

As a general rule, Valueclick is the best.

I don't have much idea about what CPM I can get as half of my traffic is from NON US countries but still the traffic is quality. I will check valueclick and adbrite. Any other suggestions or tips ?

If you use adbrite make sure you call them and tell them that your traffic is predominately not from the US. That way they can adjust the adzones.

I was seeing CPM's in the $1 range from ValueClick(FastClick), so I lost interest in the program.

I just turned them on again, in hopes of seeing better results.

It really takes $3 CPM's to keep me interested.

Gah, well, depending on how much you want to annoy your visitors, you can use interstitial ads from adbrite. Tell them you want the interstitials to be shown to EVERY single visitor when they click on any link on your site. Adbrite interstitials pay very well (1 cent per impression, ie. $10 CPM). So if you think you can do this w/out annoying your visitors, you will bank.

you can do that? my understanding was a visitor had to view 5 pages first. can you tell me how to set the interstitials to display on every click? i was making pathetic money with adbrite a year ago, and since they've began interstitial advertising my revenue has skyrocketed. thank god for interstitials!
