Which one is the best cpm adnetwork? I don't want to know about those sites which allows exceptionally good sites only. which one is good for a tech site with 1-5k daily pageviews?
The thing you are asking here is for the best CPM network and then you don't want ones that allow the better sites. So in other words you are not looking for the best CPM network really as the best ones will only allow certain sites, be strict on the sort of ads their advertisers can produce and to what niche sites, etc. I know 2 good ones, but then you probably will not get accepted as these have requirements in place.
