Which is the best cpa network

Hello everyone 1 am Pretom and i am working on PPC and PPL. I a working on cpalead.com and i am quite happy with this network. I also tried leadbole.com and dollared but among them i feel cpalead.com is the best . they have around $1-$7 per lead for USA and $3-$7 in canada. I am tergetting canadian traffic beacause this is good for earninf the EPC is highest on canada. But i have no idean any othere cpa network paying more then cpalead ? If anyone working on other network please let me know i want to work with that network if you working on that site you can share me your referal link . Thank you.
