Before joining any network you will need to know on how to promote and use them otherwise you won't be able to earn anything from it.
cpalead.com is probably the best one and they are legit. there are others like sharecash.org and adscendmedia.com but from what i've been hearing adscendmedia is having trouble with their servers due to hacker attacks. i don't know how reliable my source is but thats what i've found out.
true, cpalead is the best. i tried sharecash but didnt had too much money from it, i think it because they want cell phone numbers after people complete the surveys
neverblue is best I guess if you are not looking for content gateways but they accept only few top quality publishers... if you have content than lock it with cpalead and you maximize your profits.
I tried zangocash as well as CPAlead, but I must say, the later has got some amazing tricks and wigets, with higher conversion rates!
Most CPA network will pay you weekly if you can meet their requirements. Like $1000 per week etc. EWA Private Network, PartnerWeekly, ProfitKingsMedia they will pay you weekly from day 1, no matter what your volume. CXDigitalMedia, AffiliateCashPile, Dandingo pay bi-weekly. Hope this helps you.
