Which is the best CPA, CPL ?

    Which is the best CPA program which pays user if someone submits his email and something easy thing like that ?

    I am new to this.

    I need a program who is paying , low payout and by either paypal or alertpay only.

    My site uses CPL offers.

    I would suggest CPA Storm they have tons of offers, many are just 2 page submits and they pay on time every month.

    They are listed below in my sig under top paying networks along with several others.

    Some of the good networks will lot of email offers are hydranetwork,neverblue,primary ads.

    Thanks. But two pages form are big enough.

    I have heard CJ pays $0.5 per email submit. Is there any such program which pays by paypal ?

    Most of the email submit pays on first page submit only,hydra and neverblue pay with paypal.

    Hi Quickincome,

    I've been with a CPA affiliate that offers good CPA offers like e-mail and zip submits. The good thing about this network is that I got accepted within a day after applying but most of the CPA networks do not approve application so quickly.

    Can you name that please and URL too ?
    Is that the one in your signature ?

    villan - Email offers means a offer in which visitor has to submit his email and you shall earn by that.
