    +1 for Contact Form 7 . Seems the most customizable and you never have to worry incompatibility since it's so popular.

    From my point of view I think contact from 7 is best .You can easily manage multiple contact forms, customize them whenever you want and the mail contents flexibly with simple markup.Also supports Ajax-powered submitting, CAPTCHA, Akismet spam filtering and lot of features.

    What exactly do you need to customize? It contact form 7 is highly customizable - you can new fields to the form, you can also use css to make it looks like forms in you website... let me know what is the problem with customization.

    I've tried many before and so far the one that is working out very good for me is the JetPack Contact Form.

    When you Install the Jetpack Plugin, it comes with a Contact Form Option. It is simple to use and very customizable.
