    According to me the Joomla, Wordspress and typo3 are the best CMS in PHP. and now a days the joomla and wordpress are most used.

    Since Wordpress is so widely used, it seems to have the most themes, plugins, etc. It is also very easy to use.

    Wordpress has the most numbers of developers. Can easily integrate with social networking sites, eCommerce platforms, payment gateways, web 2.0 platforms and web security plugins. ;)
