Which is the best choice for merchant account and SSL certificate?

    I am setting up an e-commerce site and i am confused as there are hundreds of vendors for SSL certificate and merchant account providers. Can any body suggest me some good vendors for SSL certificate and merchant account i.e. I am looking for reasonable providers as my budget is not more than $350 for these services.
