Hello All, I have been researching many webmaster forums and finding it difficult to have one page showing me a poll of the best blogger of your choice. I have set up a poll for Wordpress, Blogger, Nucleus, Textpattern, TypePad, Drupal, Others http://www.iwebie.com/choose-your-favourite-blog-platform Please cast your vote and post a comment supporting your choice for the same. It would be very helpful for a lot of users who would wanna see practically about which is being used the most.
When I say wordpress I mean my domain and not a sub domain of wordpress. I have used wordpress for like 3 blogs since 2 years and am pretty happy about it and not found time to explore newer platforms. I had to like to know everyone's opinion in general and see if I am missing on something. SO I Thought why not setup a poll instead of reading lengthy forum threads and not exactly knowing the adv and disadv of each of them. Please cast your vote and comment on my blog as It would helpful all at one source.

Yes I had checked a few forums when I needed to set up my blog. Later came many different blog platforms and of course each blog platform has its own advantages and disadvantages. I am presently looking to redesign my blogs and thought before I start with the look of the blog, I shall choose a solid platform. Comments of your usage of blog platform Here, would be helpful for all of us.
if you can, use your own domain and setup wordpress there... if you don't want to use your own domain use blogger.
Hands down its self hosted wordpress... anyone saying anything different is probably selling something.
