    SEOspyglass is basically yahoo and google serps checker with backlink anaysis... for low money i would say SEOmoz linkscape and Open Site Explorer, for people with money Majestic!!!!!! this is a powerfull tool which have thier own crawlers, they drill down to c-class ip's and everything

    It's nice to see anchor text, though. Also knowing which backlinks are nofollow is pretty good to know also.

    Opensiteexplorer is the best now. once you register account in that, you can get 1000 backlinks from it. you can sort your backlinks by top level domain, anchor text and etc..
