    ESET NOD 32 Of course!. Tried Norton, not effective, although they have improved a lot lately I must say. McAfee is a joke, Kaspersky is too heavy and there's some bad comments online about the software copying important stuff and sending it out.

    I would recommend AVG over Norton.
    Norton may have more features but it's more expensive.
    Now that's not my point. I've had viruses get through with Norton 360.
    But with AVG free edition I haven't. Now it's not because it's not picking them up.
    I would know if my computer had a virus even if the anti-virus didn't detect the issue.
    Because viruses are designed to damage things, and my computer works fine with AVG.

    on the basis of my opinion i think kaspersky is the best antivirus.i have been using this antivirus for last six months and it gives the protection of my computer very much.

    i am strongly agree with you. i am also using MSE and its running fine and along with USB Disk Security. but it only run on registered windows users. i am using it from last 6 months and my experience with this is just awesome.

    Since 2010, I am using Quick Heal. For me its good and has great service. Hope you can try this, but maitaining is must there are some rules you should do while using daily then it works properly and gives you Total Security.
