I'd stay clear of clickbooth. Clickbooth is very similar to google when trying to get answers to payment questions - you don't get any answers. There are plenty of other reliable cpa companies such as hydramedia, cpa empire, primaryads, copeac, and neverblue.
More Niche is the best I have found in years, they dont have hundreds of products they have 20 or so Niche products that they support heavily. Much better than companies with hundreds and no support or special attention. My affiliate manager there takes great care of me and I appreciate the personal touch. They are also set up for Newbies as well as pro's. Its the first link in my sig if your interested. I've been affiliate of the month and usually sit in the Top 20 for sales and Ive only been doing this less than a year.
CJ has been great for me. I should probably look into other options as well, but right now, I'm quite satisfied.
