Hello fellow DP Surfers... As many of you, I was looking for a way to supplement my income with joining a couple of affiliate programs that looked promising. But lets get real, with so many different merchants offering amazing payouts and unreal conversion rates, which are THE elite affiliate programs every single dp member has to be a part of? Criteria like: 1. Support?( Phone? Email? Three weeks later reply?) 2. Marketing materials?( Banners, Links, White-Label Sites, Free Hosting, Free domains, Free Content?) 3. payout?(How much am I gaining for investing my time and money??) 4. Fast payment? ( How long do I wait to get paid????) 5. Ease of sale? ( Does the customer have to go thru 8 pages to pay??) 6.etc. In your opinion, which is the best? The head honcho of all affiliate programs? The one that makes the rest look like underdeveloped parking pages? Frustration sometimes reigns over me... Tell me some good news. Dan
There has to be one that at least meets some high standards? Dont tell me all affiliate programs are bad.
i own a web design related blog and i integrate amazon design affiliate links, without any promotion, i can earn around $30-50 per month. you can promote secific products such as Wii with Adwords. (biggest tips! )
Well, my Best Affiliate Programs are well promoted on my blog. All of them has all of the mentioned in your first post. But there is also programs that are not even close to these points.
Dan, It kinda sounds like you want it all for free. The reality is, in my experience, you get out what you put in... I think there are many different programs that can work for you if you are willing to put IN the work. Sure, there are some duds, but the real answer to your question will not be found in a forum... IMHO...
If you can bring in some big numbers then all of these will come true with any network. If you are just starting you will have to prove yourself with any of the top tier networks.
what a LOADED question...i can only talk about personal experience: 1) Clickbank is good, many niche products, HIGH payouts. But it takes an eterniyt at my f***g bank to clear their checks. Otherwise i think i have a strong preference for clickbank. 2) People constantly complain about amazon, IMHO totally without any substance to base on. Amazon pays MIN 4% commission - compare that to the measly 2-2.5% eg. if you sell high value items via CommissionJunction. Amazon has potential if you know what and how to sell. 3) I have to admit that all my attempts at CommisonJunction to date are really, really un-impressing. So..i dont know about CJ...maybe i just understimate them because i never put BIG effort on using CJ. my $0.02
Amazon in December People keep buying lots of small stuff and it raise my Commission. The base is 7%, but because I get many small sales like Dolls, toys etc, my commision raise to 7.5% from the base is just 4%
