In india and Brazil orkut is very popular but which is more secure orkut or facebook I think However, it depends on person to person how they are using them.Orkut looks somewhat unfinished. Facebook's mini feed feature is useful in seeing a quick snapshot on the latest happenings within your network. The ease at which you can customize layouts within FaceBook, especially the drag and drop option.

and Facebook is more secure to orkut we can set many login privacy in face book such as using secure code every time on mobile and set ask computer name when we set this type of security then facebook alway ask our computer name and send a sms on cell phone for login verification
Both orkut and facebook has there own advantages and disadvantages. First in graphics and outlook, orkut is more attractive than facebook. Coming at the applications facebook has got interesting and rocking games like farmville, mafia attack, etc. In security facebook is more secure than orkut.

I don't know much about Orkut. It's obvious that Facebook is more secure than any other social network since it's popular in the world.

 

Facebook and okrut are both very secure in the sense that they aren't easily hacked (at least, they haven't been yet). Both google and facebook take a proactive approach to security on their social networks. If you're talking about keeping personal info secure, this is the users responsibility in facebook via privacy settings, I'm not sure about okrut.

Oskut looks like a combination of google+igoogle+social media+Myspace.. which is weird and not attractive. Hmm, I cant find it attractive to me as no on ein my country is using it.

I think facebooks is more secure than orkut as they have more features and also they will ban ur account when u give friend request to unknown members and also they will inform everything with the email id......

I think facebook is more secure then orkut, Because face book uses Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) and orkut uses Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) which directly or indirectly makes facebook more secure

 

In sense of security , both facebook and orkut has the same level of security i guess , none of my accounts were hacked.

 

Facebook is continously updated with security. so its looks promising
