Which is more Important? Pagerank or Traffic

I had to bring this to everyone's attention. We as webmasters focus more on pagerank than quality traffic when it comes to link building. We'd rather buy a pr7 link with no traffic than purchase a link that can give us more targeted traffic but only has less pr.

The truth is Pr is a perception of quality. What i do before i buy or obtain any link is ask buyer how much traffic does the site gets. What i come to believe, most low ranking sites get much more traffic than high pr sites.

So tell me in your opinion, in terms of link building, which is more important to you.

1. High pagerank link (nontarget and little traffic)
2. High pagerank link (nontargeted and high traffic)
3. Low pagerank link (targeted and high traffic)

 

practically, for how is high Pr, without recieving a good targeted and high traffic.
pr is a good part on SE's, but traffic is our main target for SE's

 

pagerank you can frame - hand over your bed and die of hunger!!

with traffic you do do somethng and live from it if you create vlaue content and get value targeted trafic

 

I know that this is all truth, but I sometimes when looking for quality links, I looking quality low page rank sites just to get a link on a high non target site.

I have changed the way i do things, now i actual can see some traffic slowly coming.

 

- targeted traffic

- PR as a sole factor

 

I prefer only Traffic. Wont bother about the Page Rank.

 

I prefer relevancy, if it's high traffic is's a bonus. Off topic links don't count for much IMO.

 

Who cares what your pagerank is as long as you have a lot of traffic

 

A PR10 Website Or Blog with no traffic = No Sales = No Count DeMoney

However with A PR2 Website and traffic of 1,000 visitors per day = Sales / Revenues = Count De Money!!!!!!!!!!

I'll take traffic and 0 page rank as long as I can Count DeMoney
