Which is more effective google plus or google places?

Well i don't think you can ask such question because google places has been merged with google plus. So one can't compare and ask such question. If i were you, i'd look into the new updates that google has released.

 

So is everyone on the same page now? Google+ Local is the new Google Places.

 

Vote is for google plus.....

 

Google indexed Google plus that never happen to Google place. That's a big difference.

Google place is much more important because we can put our treasured document in it. Moreover, we can also put website address then phone number and so forth. Both are effective between them but I think Google place is better. Google place is good when you are targeting specific location for optimization.

 

Google+ Local is good because it is for your business place, your social media for your business and your video for your business video marketing. Everything you need in one place. Research and learn how to use it to make more money for your business and don't forget to build a list. Remember is is easier to market to your current customers instead of always having to find new customers. Repeat business is where the real money lies.

I use both of them. Together they are a good business solution.

 

for business purposes google place is very much effective.

 

Google+ is the social networking site like Facebook for getting traffic to your site and Google places will help you to keep your information in the Google sites.

 

Google places was supposed to disapear and be integrated into google+local. But, that didn't happen (yet), at least in Europe.
I can still register in both, and both services will send a PIN for confirmation my address.

My big question is:
Imagine i run an express laundry service in London.
In order to target more customers, when they search google for "laundry service in london", which is supposed to get better results, like those links A, B, C: Google Places or Google+ local page? And i'm not talking about normal google+ social networking like FB, i'm talking about google+local page where you validate the adreess using the PIN they send you.

Once more, i've googled hundred of times this questions, and nobody can quite guarantee anything.
I've received my pin for google places 10 days ago, validate that one online, and i still have information "being reviewed"
I run three different businesses from three different locations, and only got listed at google places, other two are being reviewed.
