Which is more effective google plus or google places?

I am using a Google places and Google plus but what's the difference? Has someone provide me some explanation between this two?

 

Google place is a place where we can put our address, phone number and website address detail, when any person search on google to target a city or country related to our services, In such condition google show our address and website URL. In Google place we target only place wise.
In other hand Google Plus is a social medial site like as facebook, where we can promote our product or services by creating a page or profile of our company or personal. In google plus we can target whole world

 

Because Google+ Local pages (unlike Google Places) is actually indexed by Google – this makes optimisation easier for those who are looking for more traffic, better search engine rankings and more customers in the long run.Google Plus reports to have over 100 million users. Yet industry analysts point out that interaction per user falls incredibly short of front-runner Facebook which now boasts over 900 users.

i thought google places is just for local businesses. google circle is more confusing, speaking of google +1.

 

Google Places is my answer for now and according to my experience with both products.

 

Google Plus is a Social networking site to share information to our friends, colleagues etc. and Google places is business oriented project. We will dive easily to anywhere.

 

Google place is just came under Google+ platform. These two are different services, and there is actually no way to compare them.

 

If you want to target visitors of a particular location then you should go to Google Places.If you want to target visitors of a particular location then you should go to Google Places.

 

I guess none of you heard that Google Places is no longer existent?! Very surprised.

Last week, Google announced that 'Places' will be incorporated into Google+. It's now called 'Google+ Local'.

Google is probably doing this so that they can get more users on Google+. Google+ is Google's social network with around 100 million users (Facebook has 900 million). I think it's a pretty smart move by Google.

I can't use links yet, but search Google for 'Google+ Local'.

Google place is good when you are targeting specific location for optimization while google + is use for social connection still is someone + one your site the search engine will dramatically put your site on a high priority list for that profile.

 

By using google place we can search details provided by place wise, and google plus is social networking media..

 

Google places and Google Plus both are apart from each other. Google places as the name indicate also us to locate our business at a particular place on the Google . Where on other hand google plus is a social media website like facebook, orkut , my space etc

Dear both got different impact on your website , Place are just to tell people about your business location and then some one will find you in google with that , and the same way Plus is for community and social connections , so you will have followers , friends, family and all other connection and there you can get good amount of traffic to your website or your profile and more people will come to know about your self .
