    In my view everything is equally important forum posting, article submission, directory submission, blog commenting and most important is regular fresh content update with long post more than 300 words. Without fresh conent all other effrots will go fail.

    This is true only if a forum has such a facility. For example, this forum is not beneficial for SEO purposes at all. So please take it easy and don't get excited too much.
