    the 2 forms of link building cannot be compared...so the best way is to use a god combination of both..answer queries when its related to your product or service and leave a link there. ...use bookmarking if you need to get links for keywords that cannot be used directly.

    I prefer Social Bookmarking because generally there are lots of spamming becomes on the forums posting and some of forums which have high page rank don't keep the signature so Social bookmarking is easy and safest ways.

    I think Both Forum Posting and Social Bookmaring are effective. But we have to do the SMO Workout naturally and use high pr sites in SMO..As we know that the main aims of penguin update to fight against spamming in sites which manipulate the keywords ranking in search engines.
