Which is more credible On Page optimization or Off Page optimization

    Onpage optimization is undervalued and I wonder if it's in any way beneficial anymore...Whitehat offpage optimization seems to be the best and risk free method for long term benefits!

    Both are definitely important. However, the search engines give more weight to sites being linked to from high pagerank sites. :)

    Both on-page optimization and off-page optimization are treated equally.on-page optimization is done within our own site and off-page optimization is done on the other sites.Once you have done your on-page optimization very effectively you proceed to the off-page optimization for the promotion of the site.Both play an important roles in SEO.

    Depends on your competition but as a rule of thumb, I go for off-page.
