Which is more accurate, the quick-counter or the blogger stats in settings?

    Hi all,

    the reason im asking this is cuz im getting weird pageview stats on my blog when i go to settings. it says i got only 5 today where the quick-counter box tells me i got 74 visits for today. so whats going on?

    They have different metrics, so, it will be different results...

    As Mike said, different metrics. The Blogger stats more than likely filters out such things as worms, bot activity, etc and only shows you what it thinks are true human visitors. The other stats may be showing you more than just the humans, which can be just about anything.

    Google Analytics is the best in my opinion.

    StatCounter is good.
    Like the others said; different metrics.

    Don't forget to use unique visits if you need that as well

    Be careful some of counter or stat they count bot search engine request too
