    In SEO back links are more important but first the website should hold qaulity content. Whereas SERP is more important than page ranking.

    Both Page and Rating Page Rank is vital, but only Rating Page takes you to the top of the SERP and bring the traffic you need for your website.
    And to get a good ranking to make a fine SEO on Page, try to use of unique keywords and wait for the result on the SERP.

    Pagerank is just a number, and doesn't help with any search engine rankings. SERPs are the most important as search engines will drive quality traffic to your site.
