I would say just join business that need the small initial investment only coz its too risky to invest lump sum during current economic downturn. Anyway,you can try reseller hosting business.It can easily earn more than the invested amount if you know where to promote and give a good support to your client.The start up cost is varies depend on which plan you on.
You could do the first Indian version of Jackass, doing dangerous stunts etc whilst being filmed. Could be this years hit at Bollywood
