hi...i want to ask about a good placement for blog (wordpress).

1. put google ads above Title

which is placement that give me higher ctr? (I will put on index page)

please tell me about your experience.

Is there a plugin that does this, so i wuld not need to copy/paste code every time. I tryed to put it in the single post.php but than only in the first three blogs ads ar showing?
