Which is better?

I am considering domain name concerned with cars.

Which is better between "Auto" and "Car"? Why?

It depends for what market are you creating your site. As if the site is about car pictures and there is too small amount of text, you can make it auto, because auto is more used in different languages, while car is only in english.

But if your site is mostly with text, then it should make any big difference.

 

For me, car is better

 

Car is more specific but it is highly competitive keyword so you may prefer auto instead of car.

I personally prefer car, BUT auto is more international.

 

'Car' is definitely better. 'Auto' does not necessary mean car, it could mean 'automatic'.

Not every country knows a car as an autombile. To remove the complication, it is best to just call it as it is, a 'car'.
