which is better?

Guys, which do you prefer to work for in a private company or government company here in the Philippines?

 

IMO, working for government company is not a bad choice in any country.

 

I always prefer to work for private company

There is security in the Government work than private and there is money in private work than Government. So I think Government is better.

Used to be, the government job was considered low ambition. That was 30 years ago. Today, a government job is envious. Go with the government job. A government job offers a lifetime career. The private sector wants you to retrain yourself, at your expense, every 5 years.

 

Some people wants to work for government because this is lifetime company..

 

Most people want to work in Government Company because of the benefits they get and the assurance they have.

 

working on a private company specially well established ones are likely to give higher salaries but government employees enjoy long term benefits such as pension and retirement benefits.
