    Obviously I vote for Youtube. Since first and till now i am using the one and only online video hosting service i.e. Youtube. And I've also heard a lot about Vimeo and even it is good but i can surely say that Vimeo doesn't have potential like Youtube have.

    I agree. YouTube is more valuable from an overall search perspective, but why pick one?! Post your video to both sites. Especially if you have video content you think is viral and could get picked up and shared by a wide audience. There is a great service called TubeMogul that allows you to submit your video to multiple video hosting sites. It can save you a ton of time.

    It is also extremely valuable to create a quality custom YouTube channel. It's free to customize the background, change colors and formatting, etc. And tagging your video correctly will help you get more views when your clips get associated with other videos on YouTube.

    Both are good but Youtube is more popular and better for SEO. Youtube is one of products from Google. So if you wanna promote SEO via video, I recommend Youtube
