Personally, I prefer SEMrush for the backlink analysis and discovering new backlink opportunities. I used both the tools as I have worked with different organizations and I like SEMrush over Ahref. But it doesn't mean Ahref isn't good. It's just a personal preference.
Both work well so. But terms of rank tracking SEM Rush beat Ahrefs, as well as Semrush, is an excellent tool for keyword research with a huge database, exact volumes, lots of keyword variations.
Semrush is much better at identifying and outputting toxic links than Ahrefs. Semrush's CRM-style approach to outreach means that you can create really great link building campaigns without ever leaving the app.
I am a big fan of SEMrush. It is a Complete SEO tool and has some good features. ahrefs is better in keyword research and finding backlinks.
I personally use both tools, Ahrefs maybe more often, but just because I am familiar with it and it covers my personal needs, but SEM Rush probably has better options, especially for ink analyses.
Very good question, I have been looking for a good tool for a long time to follow the backlinks to my site and the backlinks of the competitors. Looks like most recommend Semrush so I'll test Semrush first, thanks.
Literally, I would prefer Semrush than Ahrefs because Semrush provides a lot of data relating not just to SEO, but PPC too. If you want a tool that covers both areas, it's a much better option than Ahrefs.
I'll go with Semrush. It's easy to use and versatility is what have kept me coming back for so long. It will allow me to do a comprehensive content assessment of my website as well as work on my link-building plan. The application is extensive, and there is much to discover. As a result, the learning curve is slightly lengthier.
SEM Rush and Ahrefs. Both are good tools for SEO where we can do Keyword Research Site Audit Track your ranking. Analyze Your Competitor's Competition and for backlink analysis etc.
SEM Rush defiantly. I have been using a lot of tool, but this one seems to be one of the best. Moz could be my second opinion here.
