Please help me on this. Sounds like you need to start some keyword research in order to see which of the keywords listed above should be used in your title tag to give your site more traffic. I use the Google AdWords Keyword Tool for most of my research and I definitely recommend it!
Title 2 looks most natural but it's missing one of your keywords. How many of them are you trying to target at a time?
Start with 3 word keyphrases it will help you for getting a good position. Avoid stop words like, at, on, for, a, the, in etc.... Title 2 is better

The second title looks clean and professional. Remember to limit your page title up to 60-65 characters only.
Title tag should be limited to 62. Anything beyond that will be discarded and may treat as keyword stuffing.
