Which is better to make money? Blogs, forums or Static websites

Well i run a forum and at first impression they do make good money, however if you want to run it like dp and not have big banners everywhere, just one on top right then they dont make as much as statics. Statics and blogs are good as i can post an article on a forum of 1000 words and it can still look empty, where as post it in a blgo or static and it can be a major addition.

Overall from experience i would say static, although im not going give up on my forum it doesnt give the same revenue per hour as a static as all the hard preparation a forum requires.

 

I'd have to go with Blogs definitely.
Creating good, quality and blog in the right niche you can get earnings through it much easier than with Forums.
Also, blogs have much better SEO compatibility than Forums or static web sites. Blogs usually have better click through rating on your advertisements.

Forums takes so much time to confess users to register and build community around it.

 

Due to all this I am also thinking to start a blog and static website. Forums are too difficult to promote and manage and I know this.

 

I think it depends, but I've had success with a blog in the addition of posting to forums. For example I have a few blogs on finances and I go on forums and offer sound researched advice concerning finances and in my signature have my blog sites. I generate traffic to my blog from the forums and have an incentive program for traffickers who visit my blog and refer people to my blog that buy my services and products.
