    You were denied? Just make a blogger account, write a few posts over a week or so. Try again. I would try AdBrite, some say it is better than AdSense.

    Yes. A blogger account with 4-5 unique articles is the best way to be accepted by google.

    I echo that.
    AdBrite is your next best alternative. It's not as good as AdSense, but it's not a bad second option. Better still if you can use both AdSense and AdBrite inlines together on the same site.

    You can try also Bidvertiser, but i'm sure you will be accepted by adsense if you use a blogspot website.

    You can also try bidvertiser, they make payment to paypal

    I would say chitika premium or adbrite, you will probably get a much higher CTR with chitika premium, but i am not sure of how much they will pay, as I have just started using it.

    Although Google is best above PPC, but Entire web is not a bad choice. The best feature of the EntireWeb is the ad's relevancy just like Google and moreover it's ad units looks very similar to Adsense Ads. They approve all the account.     It is mentioned many times above. The bestway to get accepted is set up a gmail account and setup a blog on blogger. Make few posts on your blog on blogger site and apply for Adsense. YOU ARE IN.
