Hi, I am looking to host my own blog on my site Bluetooth Applications. Now my hosts is providing me four options - b2evolution Nucleus pMachine Free WordPress So which one will be better for me ? I am not sure but probably I may use adsense as well but right now I just want to concentrate on content. I want that blogging software which makes easy to maintain blog and looks good Regards
In my opinion, WordPress is the best blogging sofware. If its version 2.0 it includes a lot of AJAX (Asynchronous JavaScript and XML) wich makes writting and including images in any post really easy. Also lots of plugins and themes out there: Plugins:http://wp-plugins.net/ more: Google Themes: http://themes.wordpress.net/ more: Google Also recomend you a Wordpress plugin called WP-Cache, it lowers server load, and makes your site lots faster to spyder and read.
Played around with the four of them on my last host and wordpress is defaintly the best. Expecially for the admin section. Not tried skinning it, but have looked through some of the themes and as long as your not making major changes to the design it should be simple to get it looking like the rest of your site. Everything seems to bein the CSS file.
Do you know any content rich site about wordpress. I just want to create something quit different and looking for information.
For me it is a toss up between wordpress and b2evolution. I recommend either one. Dont bother with the other two. Just doesnt give you the options you can get with wordpress n b2evo.
