Which is better Regular links or regular links with reciprocal

    Hi,

    In some free directory submission sites having that regular and regular links with reciprocal links in that which is better.because reciprocal links having some anchor text links ...can i add all those anchor text in my websites..is this acceptable

    It's always better if you don't need to add a reciprocal link- this would be seen as a direct line exchange in Google's eyes and the link authority may not pass through.

    Obviously regular links aer better when compared to reciprocal links.

    Regular links get my vote. Reciprocal links are great, but they are just not as effective as they used to.
